Job summary

Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) is seeking an Early Career Experience Program Manager to oversee intern experiences, onboarding, and development across global programs. This role will drive operational excellence, scale specialized programming, and use analytics to improve engagement and outcomes.

The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, prioritize multiple projects, and manage ambiguous situations with customer obsession.

Qualifications

2+ years of program or project management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams.
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document.

Responsibilities

Single threaded intern experience oversight for one or more global specialized programming, aligned to AUTA priorities.
Design and scale tailored programming, events and operational excellence mechanisms to enable intern experience, manager experience and conversion goals.
Partnership with other Program Managers to force multiply specialized programming innovations.
Monitor performance metrics and survey responses, report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables and own path to green resolution.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance experience and program outcomes.
Gain operational efficiencies through AI-powered chatbots, ML, and AI-assisted content generation, while maintaining program quality.
Provide customer and programming insights for regular rhythm of business mechanisms including but not limited to 2x2's, QBRs and lesson learn documents.
