Rhythm of Business — ownership and delivery of AUTA's operating cadence including Goals, WBRs, MBRs, QBRs, Strategic Planning.
Communications & Events — coordinate org-wide announcements, Town Halls, SKOs, and team events.
Critical Task Tracking — manage cross-functional initiatives with inspection mechanisms and milestones.
Information Management — coordinate SharePoint and Asana usage and governance across the team.
