Job summary

Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) X team seeks a Program Manager to shape and deliver specialized internship programming across global tracks, focused on improving intern experience and outcomes.

You will design scalable events, partner with AWS Tech U and business leaders, monitor metrics, manage priorities across time zones, and lead escalation responses to ensure timely, high-quality results for interns, managers, and mentors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Single threaded intern experience oversight for one or more global specialized programming tracks, aligned to AUTA OP1 priorities
• Design and scale tailored programming, events and operational excellence mechanisms to enable intern experience, manager experience and conversion goals
• Partnership with a other Program Managers to force multiple specialized programming innovations
• Work closely with key partners including AWS Tech U, AWS Skills Center and line of business leaders to deliver best in class technical skills programming
• Design, deliver and support live events as part of AUTAX’s global calendar of events
• Lead escalation deep dives through to resolution for specialized intern, manager and mentor populations
• Monitor performance metrics and survey responses, report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables and own path to green resolution
• Provide customer and programming insights for regular rhythm of business mechanisms including but not limited to 2x2’s, QBRs and lesson learn documents
