T-Mobile is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, and Operations. You will own roadmaps, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives to meet business objectives while improving efficiency and scalability.

The role requires strong governance, risk management, and the ability to influence without direct authority to deliver results and enable organizational throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 4-7 years of program management or related experience.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong governance, risk management, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps and drive process improvements.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational programs involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure initiatives are executed on schedule and meet business objectives.
• Establish clear ownership, accountability, and governance across participating teams.
• Track program health and proactively manage risks, blockers, and escalations.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and others to drive execution.
• Identify gaps, interdependencies, and process inefficiencies that may impact delivery.
• Facilitate decision-making discussions and resolve competing priorities across stakeholder groups.
• Build strong relationships and influence outcomes without direct reporting authority.
• Own and execute BAU processes; develop playbooks, governance, and SOPs.
