Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 7+ years in related work experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and communicating with senior leaders.
• Experience managing portfolios, analyzing performance, and delivering within budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product portfolio management to deliver value and align with business objectives.
• Maintain relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams to support coordination and communication.
• Oversee portfolio delivery by coordinating with managers, providing status updates, and elevating resource and schedule risks.
• Conduct regular reviews with senior leaders to drive decisions and update on delivery and value realization.
• Provide guidance on portfolio intake, documentation, prioritization, resource allocation, funding, and business realization processes.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
