• Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other teams to drive execution.
• Identify gaps, interdependencies, resource constraints, and inefficiencies impacting delivery.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve competing priorities across stakeholders.
• Build relationships and influence outcomes without direct reporting authority.
• Own and execute BAU processes and develop operational playbooks, governance models, and SOPs.

Portfolio Prioritization & Planning

• Support and manage program intake, prioritization, and resource allocation processes.
• Develop frameworks for evaluating strategic initiatives, tradeoffs, and business value.
• Provide recommendations to leadership on prioritization and execution sequencing.
• Ensure alignment between organizational objectives and team-level execution plans.

Business Operations & BAU Management

• Own and execute key business-as-usual (BAU) processes and operational activities.
• Develop operational playbooks, governance models, and standard operating procedures.
• Create and manage reporting mechanisms, scorecards, and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and predictability.

External Partner Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, and third-party stakeholders.
• Manage partner deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and performance expectations.
• Facilitate issue resolution and ensure commitments are met according to agreed-upon milestones.
• Foster strong partnerships that support program objectives and business outcomes.
