Job summary

The Kenjya-Trusant Group in Maryland invites applications for a Program Integrator to support the Annapolis Junction area, monitoring the health of programs and preparing reports.

You will draft documents (TTOs, SOWs, PMPs) and assist in cross-program analysis, risk management, and funding tracking.

Ideal candidate has DoD/IC program management experience, TS/SCI with Poly, and strong MS Excel skills; full-time exempt role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
• 12 years combined DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management with a Bachelor's degree in business or technical focus.
• 15 years with a Bachelor's plus PMP/CFCM/DAWIA III certification (or 18 years with related experience).
• Intermediate MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and summary reports to GPMs and assist with resource tracking.
• Develop program documentation (TTOs, SOWs, PMPs, Risk Plans) and schedules.
• Ensure execution within cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
• Use Plan-It and MS Excel to document and report spend plans and status.
• Attend contract reviews to assist with cost estimating and monitoring outcomes.
• Prepare briefing charts and materials for program decision-making.
