Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking a Program Integrator 3 with an active TS/SCI w/Poly. The position is based in Laurel and Annapolis Junction, Maryland, and requires extensive DoD/IC program management experience.

You will monitor program health, prepare execution reports, and draft key documents such as SOWs and PMPs. The role involves PMO support, cross-program analysis, and coordination of acquisition strategies, with a salary range of $165,000–$190,000 and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management is required.
• Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, PMP certification, CFCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, plus 3 additional years of related experience, may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional 2 years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Agency program management office support.
• Tracking 54 sub components of the program including cost, schedule, and performance for briefing.
• PMO supports system hardening and policy for cybersecurity.
