Job summary

BCT LLC seeks a Program Integrator 3 in Laurel/Annapolis Junction to support program managers and leadership by monitoring health across programs and preparing execution reports. The role requires DoD/IC management experience and is anchored by a strong analytical skillset with Excel proficiency.

The successful candidate will draft SOWs, PMPs, risk plans, and acquisition strategies, and present findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management experience.
• Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus.
• In lieu of a degree, PMP/CFCM certification or DAWIA III in any focus area with 3 additional years of related experience (total 15 years).
• In lieu of certification, an additional 2 years of related experience (total 18 years).
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers and leadership in monitoring and reporting program health across portfolios.
• Conduct cross-program analysis to support IP actions and execution reporting.
• Draft acquisition and program documents (SOWs, PMPs, risk management, schedules, CICA memos, acquisition strategies).
• Prepare presentations to report analysis findings and program/portfolio status.
