Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking a Program Integrator 3 in Laurel/Annapolis Junction to monitor and report on program health across multiple contracts and portfolios. The role includes cross-program analysis to address cost, schedule, and performance concerns and drafting key documents such as SOWs, PMPs, and acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of DoD/IC program management experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and MS Excel proficiency for analytics. Salary range is $165,000–$190,000.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, PMP certification, CFCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, plus three (3) years of directly related experience may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience may be substituted.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers, initiative leads, and leadership in monitoring and reporting on program health.
• Perform cross-program analysis to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns.
• Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, SOWs, PMPs, Risk Management Plans, program schedules, and milestones; prepare presentations.
