Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking a Program Integrator 3 for positions in Laurel and Annapolis Junction. The role supports DoD/IC programs by monitoring health, performing cross-program analysis, and drafting key documents such as SOWs and PMPs. An active TS/SCI w/Poly is required.

The position involves preparing execution reports and presentations to report program status across portfolios, with a salary range of $165,000–$190,000. Strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience in DoD/IC program management, contract or financial management.
• Bachelor's Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of degree, PMP/CFCM/DAWIA III plus 3 years related experience (total 15 years) may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional 2 years of related experience (total 18 years) may be substituted.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers, initiative leads, and leadership in monitoring and reporting on program health.
• Perform holistic analysis across contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns.
• Conduct cross-program analysis to respond to IP actions and produce execution reports.
• Draft acquisition and program documents (TTOs, SOWs, PMPs, Risk Plans, schedules, CICA memos, Acquisition Strategies).
• Prepare presentations to report analysis findings and program/portfolio status.
