Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management Manager – Manager Level 3 in Hanover, MD to oversee the financial and strategic objectives of the TOPS Business Unit. You will lead a team of program cost analysts, coordinate quarterly EAC, forecasting, monthly reporting, and pricing strategy, ensuring contract cost control and schedule alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s with 6–8+ years of experience, including people management, and the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with strong financial acumen.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a complex program.
• Proven ability to forecast, report, and manage budgets and EV.
• Security clearance ability: U.S. Government Top-Secret.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate business strategy with BU FP&A and OU Product Director.
• Oversee forecasting, EV reporting, budgeting, and estimates to complete.
• Coordinate cost/schedule analyses and government cost control guidelines.
• Assist in proposals from RFP to award, with pricing and flow-downs.
• Manage risks across multiple contract types from execution and financial views.
