Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Clearfield, Utah, seeks a Manager Business Management 2 to lead and own all BM activities supporting one or more Operating Units and their program portfolios on-site.

You will drive contract execution, monitor EAC and EVMS, lead financial forecasting, and coordinate with Contracts, Cost/Schedule, Finance, and Pricing teams to mitigate risks and capture opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years finance/business management work experience or
• Master's degree plus 5+ years finance/business management work experience or
• PhD plus 3+ years finance/business management work experience
• Experience with Profit and Loss Management and Government Contracts

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor Business Management processes, tools and procedures to manage contract execution and drive performance
• Accountable for EAC, profitability assessments/reviews, and EVMS application
• Lead OU financial forecast process and present results to senior leadership
• Coordinate activities between Contracts, Cost/Schedule, Finance, and Pricing
• Supports FP&A inquiries and Internal Audit activities
