Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst in Linthicum, MD, to provide financial planning and control for Space Sector programs. You will work with CAMs, program managers, and business managers to meet contract requirements and deliver timely funding requests.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance (or SCI access) and experience with earned value management, cost reporting, and budget development. A comprehensive Total Rewards package is offered along with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required or Master’s degree with related experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and cost performance reporting is required.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, conditional formatting) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide program planning and financial control support for Space Sector contracts.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, funding profiles, and variance analyses.
• Maintain EVM artifacts and perform cost/schedule performance reporting.
