Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Business Management Manager 2 to support top-tier financial performance within the Advanced Weapons Systems Operating Unit. Based in Northridge, CA, this on-site role requires a 9/80 schedule and does include travel (~10%).

You will lead a team of Program Control Analysts, manage EVM and forecasting, and coordinate budgeting and EAC development to ensure program success and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8 years of related experience in finance, accounting, or program control.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of related experience is acceptable.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and government budgeting/forecasting.
• Understanding of DoD contracts, COSTAR/CA- data, FAR.
• Prior people leadership experience and SAP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program financial execution objectives.
• Lead a team of Program Control Analysts to support program execution and compliance.
• Provide inputs to business systems for forecasting and profitability determinations.
• Oversee EV reporting, budgeting, EAC development, and financial reporting.
