Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Annapolis, MD seeks a Business Management Manager 2 to lead program financial activities within the Multidomain Sensing, Targeting and Survivability Division. This full-time on-site role reports to the OU Business Manager and requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

You will coordinate forecasting, EV reporting, budgeting and monthly/annual planning, while developing business strategy and presenting financial data to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8 years of industry related experience in finance, accounting, or program control, or a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience.
• Understanding of U.S. Government contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FAR.
• Prior experience with government program budgeting and forecasting, as well as Annual Operating Plan development.
• Prior people leadership experience.
• Prior experience in proposal preparation and BOE preparation and evaluations.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Experience with SAP.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• The ability to travel domestically 10% of the time.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Current, active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI level security clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee program financial activities within the specified division and operating unit.
• Coordinate financial forecasting, EV reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis for senior management.
• Develop business strategy and long-range plans with internal/external deliverables.
• Support pricing and proposal activities from draft RFP to award, including review of FAR clauses.
• Manage risks across multiple contract types and ensure cost/schedule compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and support internal/external audits.
• Provide direct management for a team of business management analysts and foster professional development.
