Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Strong MS Excel skills and financial acumen.
• Experience with program finance concepts (EACs, BOEs) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting and analysis for multiple projects.
• Support accounts receivable and billing processes as needed.
• Monitor billing status and resolve issues with contracts and PMO.
• Oversee subcontractor/vendor accruals per GAAP/IFRS and internal policies.
• Assist in monthly program and finance rhythms and reviews.
• Liaise between operations and admin in financial matters.
• Interface with subcontractors, vendors, and customers as required.
