Job summary

Serco is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to join our dynamic, fast-paced team and manage full life-cycle program finances. This hybrid role, based in San Diego, CA, requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of financial systems, and the ability to handle multiple projects including EACs and customer deliverables.

The successful candidate will conduct routine financial analyses, assist with billing, and support monthly program rhythms while ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance and effective coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of professional experience in finance/analyst roles preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to work with financial data and models.
• Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS and contract finance concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine financial analyses supporting multiple projects (e.g., EACs and customer deliverables).
• Prepare ad hoc reports and assist with billing and revenue recognition in line with contract terms.
• Support program finance activities including WBS, BOEs, budgets, and schedule development.
