Job summary

Serco is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to support full lifecycle program finances in a fast-paced environment. You will handle cost, schedule, and funding planning, including WBS/BOE development and time-phased budgets. Hybrid work out of San Diego with potential telework for the right candidate.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience, and advanced Excel skills. Strong collaboration with PMO, Contracts and Accounting is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in finance or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of general business practices and government contracting principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support for multiple projects.
• Support accounts receivable during billing processing and provide invoice backup when required.
• Monitor billing status and resolve unbilled issues with Contracts, Accounting and PMO.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor accruals in line with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies.
• Participate in monthly program and finance meetings and program reviews.
• Complete finance inputs for project setup and revenue recognition per contract terms.
