Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or closely related field.
• DBIA certification.
• Experience leading the consultant or owner program management team of at least one infrastructure program with a capital value of $1 billion.
• Knowledge of delivery models such as P3, DBFOM, and EPC.
• Willingness to travel regularly, and if needed, commute to a client's site temporarily.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with a high degree of technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community facets of infrastructure programs.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify potential issues and risks; provide strategic advice and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement program management plans and startup/work plans to drive efficiencies.
• Direct services provided by large program teams or lead a mega-project.
• Promote alignment within the team through regular communications.
• Secure resources to deliver services with contract compliance.
