Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, and financial aspects and direct program execution across many disciplines.

The role requires a decade of program management experience, a relevant degree, and certification credentials. Travel to client sites is expected as needed, with a strong emphasis on governance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or closely related field.
• Licenses/certifications such as PE/P.Eng, PMP, PgMP, AICP or CCM recognized locally.
• 10+ years program management with at least 4+ years in a Senior PM role on large programs.
• Experience leading teams across locations and delivering complex infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs.
• Plan, direct and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and provide strategic problem-solving and governance.
• Develop program management plans and drive efficiency and transparency.
• Ensure contract compliance and monitor financial performance.
