Job summary

Janicki Industries is seeking a Program Director to join our on-site team in Sedro-Woolley, Washington. You will drive planning, execution, and delivery of engineering programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and reporting to executives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field and 10+ years in program management or engineering leadership, with PMP preferred. Expect leadership across multi-disciplinary projects and a focus on quality and governance.

• 10+ years of progressive program management/engineering leadership experience.
