• Assist in developing and improving company products, processes, and procedures.
• Mentor Project Managers, conduct performance reviews, and guide professional growth.
• Provide sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through relationship management.
• Demonstrate professionalism under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Maintain teamwork and collaboration across teams and leadership.
• Ensure punctuality and reliable attendance; perform additional responsibilities as required.
