Job summary

Janicki Industries is seeking a Director, Program Controls & EVMS in Sedro-Woolley, WA. This senior leadership role will design and implement Janicki’s EVMS, drive governance, and ensure integration with finance, operations, and engineering.

The role requires deep EVMS expertise, IAM scheduling, and executive reporting. You will lead a team across multiple functions to establish scalable controls and data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in program controls and EVMS.
• Hands-on EVMS implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of EIA-748 principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of enterprise EVMS.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost/schedule variances.
• Define systems architecture to support program controls.
• Develop organizational capabilities to sustain EVMS after rollout.
