Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to oversee a portfolio of projects and programs within the Program Management function. You will supervise staff, coordinate delivery, and serve as a primary client contact to resolve staffing and delivery issues.

Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, develop program charters, and ensure schedules are met. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and process improvement in a dynamic, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership to set, manage and achieve targets with impact across multiple departments.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, conduct evaluations, coaching, and recruitment.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff.
• Serve as client contact and escalation point for staffing, bandwidth, or delivery issues.
• Allocate resources to projects or programs and facilitate regular status meetings.
• Train staff and develop processes to support client requests and needs.
• Report the status of projects and programs to senior management.
• Oversee cross-functional programs end-to-end and develop program charter and integrated timeline.
• Manage internal, external and vendor relationships to support the program.
• Apply knowledge across disciplines to improve performance and drive results.
• Lead by example, align with CBRE RISE values, and negotiate with partners.
• Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems.
• Improve methods, processes and standards within the role.
