Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Management Director in San Francisco to lead department services within a defined geographic market, program, or client account.

You will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closeout, while guiding a team of professionals to meet strategic objectives. You will direct procurement, contracting, scheduling, budgeting, and performance management, ensuring compliant and timely delivery across client accounts

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Proven track record managing multi-phase projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, contracting, planning, tracking and execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Direct all project phases for small to medium clients, including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution.
• Ensure procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeouts are accurate and compliant.
• Develop new business growth and maintain relationships with clients.
• Maintain financial performance across market, program, and client accounts.
• Identify risks, lead reviews, and develop mitigation and backup plans.
• Apply broad knowledge of disciplines, the business, and key drivers of performance.
• Lead by example and negotiate with external partners to reach common goals.
• Identify and solve complex problems leveraging available resources.
• Significantly improve methods, processes, and standards within the role.
