Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Program Management professional to create and deliver strategic programs within the PMO. The role focuses on developing routine PMO reports, Gantt charts, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely project delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to analyze data for continuous improvement and effective decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze solutions and apply judgment.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with MS Project and PMO reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to explain complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create & maintain routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources for evaluation and improvement.
• Act as SME for key systems and processes and transfer knowledge to teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement projects and improve processes.
• Review information accuracy and respond to requests from management, clients, and project teams.
• Adjust project schedules based on input and rectify schedule slippage.
• Provide informal help and training to coworkers.
• Explain complex information to others clearly.
