Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
- Experience leading state tolling contracts is preferred.
- Experience managing large call centers and meeting KPIs, SLAs, quality, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the project’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Ensure contract compliance with all applicable requirements and regulations.
- Lead prioritization, staffing, and resource alignment across initiatives.
- Guide RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with strategic approaches and documentation.
