Job summary
Maximus is hiring a Sr. Program Director to lead the NYS Thruway team onsite in New York. The role directs strategic project direction, P&L, and performance, while ensuring client satisfaction and governance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Experience leading state tolling contracts and large call centers (700 agents).
- Strategic leadership with P&L accountability and client management experience.
- Executive presence and ability to operate in a government contracting environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the project financial performance, including budgeting and P&L.
- Ensure contract compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Lead client management, presentations, and contract outcomes.
- Guide staffing, milestones, and resource alignment across initiatives.
- Support RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and develop management approaches and whitepapers.
