Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a strategic Program Director for Construction Projects to oversee Tenant Improvement and New Construction programs in Seattle, WA. The role requires 10+ years in general contracting and program management, with a focus on tech labs and workplace projects.

The position is onsite in Seattle with flexibility and offers base compensation up to USD 220,000 annually, with bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have PMP/PgMP and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required with 10+ years of relevant experience.
PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.
10+ years of experience managing commercial construction Tenant Improvement and New Construction projects and programs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff.
Oversee large cross-functional workplace and tech lab projects from end to end using a formal process.
Ensure schedules are met and issues escalated/resolved to complete the program on time.
Manage internal and external relationships to support programs.
Develop solutions with stakeholders and guide project teams through delivery.
Produce routine PMO reports and updated Gantt charts.
