CBRE/Turner & Townsend is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Program Management Director to support a premier global technology client’s capital project portfolio in Menlo Park, CA. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary commercial point of contact, ensuring financial rigor, benchmarking excellence, and best‑in‑class delivery across a significant portfolio of capital projects.
As a Program Management Director based in Menlo Park, CA (on‑site with flexibility), you will be instrumental in leading and executing complex a high‑value Tenant Improvement (TI) program across our client’s campus, with individual project values typically ranging from $30M to $100M. Your expertise will be critical in delivering diverse spaces, including general office and tech lab spaces. We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years of combined experience in General Contracting within the areas of Project and Program Management. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing high‑complexity projects exceeding $30M.

The base salary range for this role is $180,000-$200,000. This range reflects the company’s good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
