Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. You will coordinate stakeholders, monitor milestones, manage budgets and ensure governance across teams to deliver compliant, on-time results.

The role emphasizes client relationship building, cost control, constructability guidance and proactive reporting. On-site presence may be required based on client needs and project phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills, ability to work with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify governance, processes and systems are applied on projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied.
• Interface with suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Coordinate project information through meetings and written communications.
• Forecast and update key milestones and budget.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.
• Contribute to cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance.
• Conduct independent reviews of status reports, drawings, timelines and costs.
• Help develop client relationships to maximise new opportunities.
