Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) seeks a qualified Program Cost & Schedule Analyst (level 3) or Sr. Principal (level 4) to join the team in Clearfield, UT. Role focuses on financial and administrative support across IPTs, with monthly performance management and cost control responsibilities.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, proposal/startup experience, and collaboration with CAMs and program managers to maintain funding and schedules.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 3+ years' experience or Bachelor's with 5+ years' experience in program control/finance.
• Experience with MS Office, including Excel (Macros, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with earned value management (EVM) and EVMS for program execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and schedules for contracts and perform financial analyses (funding, outlook, margins, cash).
• Create program plans to capture requirements and schedules.
• Produce reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and cost controls.
