The role interfaces with program managers and CAMs to deliver earned value management, cost reporting, and schedule integration for complex aerospace programs. The successful candidate will develop budgets, perform variance analysis, and prepare performance reports in a fast-paced IPT environment, requiring a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or Master's degree with 6 years of experience in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and government contracting is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements.
• Develop budget baselines and cost/schedule integration; support budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC.
• Prepare and review government cost performance reports and/ or IPMR; support monthly rhythm and variance analysis.
