Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years of professional work experience for Level 2; 5+ years for Level 3.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control systems, monitor costs and schedules on contracts.
• Prepare budgets, schedules and financial analyses including funding profiles.
• Produce reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters.
• Incorporate contract changes and maintain baselines.
• Forecast and report monthly/quarterly financials and EACs.
