RTX is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst for the IIMS portfolio. You will gain experience in program control and earned value, tracking and analyzing costs across multiple projects, coordinating with Program Management and Engineering. This role emphasizes efficiency, problem solving, and leadership as a key business partner.

The position offers growth opportunities and requires U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Formación

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Professional experience in a related finance role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Data extraction and reconciliation
• Labor and cost transfer submittals
• Creation and maintenance of Work Authorization Documents; creation and maintenance of charge numbers
• Development of time-phased, integrated budgets and schedules
• Assist in monitoring costs and manpower; ensuring actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective
• Generate program financial artifacts such as Earned Value reports, graphs, and analyses
• Provide Program Management and Control account Managers with internal reports on cost and schedule performance
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.
