Responsibilities

• Perform Earned Value management (EVM) tasks including WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis, and visibility reports.
• Prepare, review, and analyze program performance measurement and cost variances.
• Forecast program financial metrics including orders, sales, OM and cash flow for booked and potential programs.
• Track and manage program billings and cash collections.
• Support monthly/quarterly financial close deliverables and audits.
• Maintain Costpoint and Cobra project setup; support cost control on contracts.
• Prepare program financial reports for internal and external customers.
