Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of business management or program control experience, or Master’s with 3 years.
• No clearance required to start.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience with accounting systems and EV systems.
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end reports with full Earned Value data.
• Perform EVM tasks including WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis, and variance reporting.
• Analyze and prepare reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines.
• Developing and reviewing EACs.
• Brief the customer on monthly Earned Value deliverables.
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and management.
• Other duties as assigned.
