The role emphasizes EVM, WBS development, EACs, and customer briefings. A bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or a master’s with none is required; no clearance needed to start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of business management or program control experience; or a Master’s degree with 0 years.
• No clearance required to start.
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing month-end reports (full Earned Value data).
• Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis, and variance reporting.
• Analyze contracts to ensure compliance with negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines.
• Develop and review EACs (Estimate at Completion).
• Brief the customer on monthly Earned Value deliverables.
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and management; provide negotiation support.
