Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Manager Business Management 2 for the Strategic Mission Command and Control unit. Location options include Redondo Beach, CA, Northridge, CA, or Huntsville, AL.

You will oversee financials, lead a team of program control analysts, and support pricing and proposals from draft RFP to award. Responsibilities include LRSP/AOP development, variance analysis, and presenting forecasts to senior management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 7+ years in finance, accounting, or program control.
• Must be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience in proposal/evaluations and contract negotiations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee financials of the business area and manage program budgets.
• Lead a team of program control analysts supporting multiple programs.
• Support pricing and proposals from RFP to award, reviewing contracts.
• Develop LRSP and AOP; present financial data and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with EVMS, internal controls and disclosed practices.
• Manage Estimates at Completion (EAC) and risk/opportunity disciplines.
