Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Business Management 2 in the SMC2 unit. You will oversee financials across programs, manage a team of program control analysts, and drive forecasting, budgeting, and EAC practices.

You will support LRSP/AOP efforts, pricing reviews, and contract documents, ensuring EVMS compliance and strong internal controls. A DoW Secret clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; 7+ years preferred.
• Experience in proposal evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Active DoW Secret security clearance required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financials for the business area and lead program controllers.
• Direct forecasting, work authorization, budgeting and EAC development.
• Develop LRSP and AOP inputs for senior management presentations.
• Support pricing, draft proposals, and review contractual documents.
• Ensure compliance with EVMS and internal controls.
