Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience or Master’s with 6 years.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
• Experience in finance, accounting, or program control.
• Knowledge of government contracts, CAS, and the FAR.
• Experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baselines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, BW.
• Experience preparing financial analyses for teams.

Responsibilities

• Program resource management including cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis.
• Preparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers.
• EVMS oversight with COBRA reporting to satisfy internal/external deliverables.
• Assistance with contract negotiations.
• Support of pricing and proposal activities.
• Review of contractual documents, including Technical Task Orders.
• On-going collaboration with the customer and functional teams.
• Management and development of Program Control Analyst (PCA) staff.
