Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking a Program Control Manager – Manager Level 2 to oversee all program-related financial management, including cost estimation, EAC, variance analysis and contract negotiations. This 100% onsite role focuses on ensuring fiscal performance and mission success.

The position requires a DoD Top-Secret/SCI clearance, with 8+ years of program control or business management, strong leadership and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of program control or business management experience; or Master's with 6+ years.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret/SCI clearance at time of application.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Experience with Earned Value and EV guidelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program-related financial management activities and cost estimation.
• Prepare EAC and conduct final review of estimates.
• Present financial data, variance analysis, and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Review contractual documents and assist with negotiations as needed.
• Oversee cash management, invoicing and collections.
• Support proposals and major captures to ensure sound business decisions.
