Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Business Management Manager 1 to lead program control activities within the Launcher Operating Unit. You will manage cost estimation, funding, and EVMS oversight, interfacing with customers and program teams.

Required is a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience (or a Master’s with 3+ years). Proficiency in SAP, financial analysis, pricing support, and contract coordination is essential. Hybrid role with 25% travel supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Program Control Environment with cost control and schedule monitoring.
• Financial planning and analysis experience required.
• Pricing and proposal activities experience.
• Experience with Earned Value and performance measurement concepts.
• Understanding of DoD contracts, CAS and FAR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead program resource management including cost estimation, allocation, tracking.
• Prepare and present financial data to internal/external customers with variance analysis.
• EVMS oversight with COBRA reporting and compliance.
• Support contract negotiations and pricing/proposal activities.
