Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, CA seeks a Manager Business Management 2 to oversee all financials of the business area and lead a team of program control analysts. The role focuses on long-range planning, forecasting, and cost management across multiple programs, with responsibility for EAC, variance analysis, and compliance.

Responsibilities include supporting pricing and proposals, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring compliance with DoD requirements and EVMS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related field across 7+ years of experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Experience with EVMS, Cobra, SAP/S4, and government cost accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financials of the business area and manage a team of program control analysts.
• Oversee forecasting, EAC development, budgeting, and variance analysis for senior management.
• Support pricing, proposals, and LRSP/AOP-related financial deliverables and compliance.
