Job summary

AV seeks a Program Control Manager to join the finance team, supporting multiple programs with strong EVMS knowledge. You will manage cost control, baselines, and forecasts while coordinating with KO/COR/COTR teams to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

The role requires a quantitative mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Security clearance eligibility is a prerequisite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of related project control experience, or Master’s with 3 years.
• Strong MS Office, Cobra and Unanet proficiency.
• Team player in fast-paced environments with limited direction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate issues into solutions.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review contract terms and ensure compliance with financial clauses across multiple contract types.
• Own cost control, timeliness, and business relations across awarded TOs.
• Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines and enforce change control.
• Prepare manpower forecasts and assist in resource planning.
• Forecast, monitor, and update program revenue and funding status.
• Provide program reports and perform variance analysis.
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports for status communication.
• Coach and supervise Program Control Analysts.
