Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in Finance/Business Management or Master’s degree and 5+ years in Finance/Business Management
• Experience with EVMS and financial analysis
• Working knowledge of EVMS Software (Cobra), SAP, Microsoft Office and accounting principles
• Active US Government clearance or eligibility for clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision: goals, timecards, and adherence to policies
• Develop employee skills and evaluate performance; EVMS implementation and cost/schedule reports
• Support customer reviews and audits (IBR, JSR, DCMA)
• Ensure timely contract deliverables (CFSR, CSDR, IPMR, CWBS)
• Lead with quality, accountability, and effective cost management
• Interface with program office, leadership, and external auditors on EVMS tasks
• Support proposal prep, fact-finding, and negotiations on cost issues
• Maintain positive customer relationship to address potential cost issues
• Adapt to fast-paced, changing work environment
