Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking an experienced Program Controls professional to independently support control account management activities, including forecasting, cost tracking, and schedule coordination across assigned programs. You will maintain baseline integrity, generate EVMS reports, and coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to ensure accurate performance visibility.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience; an Associate degree is preferred or equivalent work

Qualifications

• Requires 2–5 years of program controls, forecasting, scheduling, or related experience.
• Experience with EVMS, cost reporting, and operational analytics is preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform control account tracking, forecasting, cost analysis, and schedule coordination.
• Support variance analysis, baseline maintenance, and reporting accuracy across programs.
• Maintain forecasting data, cost reports, and EVMS documentation; ensure data integrity.
