You will guide scheduling, cost control, and performance monitoring, partnering with engineering, finance and project management to deliver on-time, within-budget results. The role requires a strategic leader with 10+ years of relevant experience, MBA/MS preferred, and at least 4 years in leadership, with ITAR compliance and a strong emphasis on quality

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Advanced degree (MBA or MS) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
• Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees; assess performance.
• Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
• Analyzing information to develop more effective processes and strategies.
• Generating reports and presenting information to upper management.
• Ensuring staff follow company policies and procedures.
