Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a Senior Program Control Analyst to support multiple programs within the finance team. You will apply federal contracting concepts and proactive cost/schedule management to sustain program performance and compliance.

The role emphasizes earned value, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration with government contractors and project managers. ITAR/EAR compliance and a clear path to security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive project control experience.
• Twelve+ years (Bachelor’s) or eight+ years (Master’s) in program control or related field.
• Strong MS Office, Cobra, Unanet proficiency and ability to interface with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand contract terms and conditions (various types) and ensure compliance.
• Ensure quality of product, cost control, timeliness and business relations across awarded TOs.
• Establish and maintain time‑phased cost/schedule baseline and enforce change control.
